There are owners out there that may own two, three, or even more condo properties. A lot of these owners buy these properties for investment purposes, but some have homes all over the world. Once we started diving into our analytics, we noticed that we have a bit of these owners signed up with GeniePad, having accounts in multiple buildings. Now this doesn't come as a shock to us, as we heard this already from testimonials.

You will have access to announcements, documents, etc. When you travel, and there is an emergency, you can notify your family, friend, or whoever to visit your home and make sure that everything is in perfect condition, or to take action.
As a side note, I do like to travel. When our property manager posted a news announcement that our parkade will be cleaned and painted past summer, I have asked a friend to move my car. All this happened while being on the other side of the world.
