Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee to get GeniePad, your condo website and communication portal, up and running.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your account at any time. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Do I have to sign a term contract?

No. GeniePad is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no term contracts or commitments on your part. 

Number of signed up users

This is the total number of users that have signed up and been approved to use GeniePad in your building or association. Give access only to those that should have access. Keep your information and documents private and secure.

Which plan is right for me?

As an example, if your association has 200 units, across one, two, or three buildings, but only 60 residents/users sign up, you only pay for the users that are signed up and approved. In this example it would be the Bronze Plan.

Can I change my plan later on?

There is no need to change your plan, as your account will be adjusted automatically, depending on the number of signed up users in your building. This way you will save money and only pay based on usage.
